Petrushka, considered by many to represent the best chance of a European victory at next month`s Breeders` Cup at Churchill Downs in Kentucky, is to complete her preparation for the Filly and Mare Turf, at Newmarket tomorrow.
The triple group One winner will be given a solid piece of work by her trainer Sir Michael Stoute with a view to being shipped to Lousiville on Monday.
Harry Herbert, managing director of owners Highclere Thoroughbred Racing, said today: 'As long as Petrushka pleases Michael she`ll be US bound on Monday and he will follow her a couple of days later.
'So far we`ve been very pleased with her preparation and we`re delighted with the way she looks at this relatively late stage of the year.'
